In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, 120 g of sugar and the vanilla essence until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Gradually add 100 ml vegetable oil and 50 ml milk, stirring until well combined.

Combine the ingredients:

Sift 180 g of wheat flour and 10 g of baking powder. Mix until a smooth dough is formed. Incorporate the prepared apples.

Bake the cake:

Grease and flour a 26 cm pan. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly. If using, add spoonfuls of blueberry jam on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Finish and serve:

Allow the cake to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar. Cut into wedges and serve warm or at room temperature.
