- Take some pure coconut oil in the palm of your hand and apply it gently on leg ulcers.
How often should you do this?
- For quick recovery you need to do this 2-3 times a day.
why does this work
Coconut oil has wonderful antibacterial properties due to the presence of fatty acids such as lauric acid. It is also anti-inflammatory and very effective in curing leg ulcers and their associated symptoms.
