Turmeric Leche Matcha

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon matcha
- ¼ cup boiling water
- raw honey to taste
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the almond milk, turmeric, ground nutmeg, and cinnamon and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Allow to cook over low heat for a minute.
Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Reserve.
Put the matcha powder in a heat resistant cup.
Add the boiling water and whisk to remove any lumps.
Add the turmeric mixture, sweeten with raw honey to taste and serve.
