SWEET & SOUR PINEAPPLE CHERRY SMOOTHIE

What you need:

  • 1 cup of chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup of cherries or cherry juice
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 inch minced ginger
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk – Fresh or Canned, it’s up to you.

Instructions

Wash and peel pineapple and cherries (if using fresh cherries).

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 60 minutes until smooth.

Keep cold or drink immediately for best freshness and flavor.
