Home remedies for joint pain


 PINEAPPLE, CINNAMON AND OATS SMOOTHIE

What you need:

  • 1 Cup of Pineapple
  • 1 cup of cooked oatmeal
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ Cup of Almonds
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 Cup of Orange Juice
  • honey to sweeten

Instructions

Cook the oats in a cup and a half of water for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are very thick.

Remove the oatmeal from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.

While the oatmeal is cooling, add the rest of the ingredients to the Nutribullet and mix for about 30 seconds.

Add the oat flakes to the mixture and beat for another 30 seconds.

For best results, drink immediately.
